Here’s how our same-day/next-day pick up and delivery service works:

For your convenience, you can pick up your order at our medical cannabis pick-up location or have it delivered to your door.
Get Your Medication
Pick up your medical cannabis at nuPharma (#2060, 11124 36th St NE) during our operating hours. If you choose delivery, our team will make sure your prescription is delivered to you on the same day (orders must be placed before 1 pm). For addresses outside of Calgary, your order will be sent with next-day delivery.
It’s that easy. Although there is a $15 flat fee for this service, all cost savings from our reduced supply chain are passed on to you. Please note that some products are not eligible for this service.
Our Process
1. Book your free appointment.
2. You will meet with one of our physicians and cannabis educators for a consultation and educational session. Your physician will discuss your history and how medical cannabis can relieve your symptoms and enhance your life.
3. Your educator will assist with selecting a Licensed Provider (LP) based on your needs, lifestyle, budget, and current supply. We will also provide a list of recommended products and specific dosing instructions.
4. After three to four weeks, you will have a second consultation where your physician will answer any questions or concerns, and discuss your prescriptions and treatment plan. Following this, your physician may recommend follow-up appointments. After three months, we will renew your script.

Orders can be placed between Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Orders placed after 1 pm will be shipped or delivered the next business day. Kindly note that this service is unavailable on weekends or statutory holidays.

You can pick up your medication at nuPharma, located at #2060, 11124 36th St NE.
Do I need a prescription to use this service?
Yes. We are accepting patients and offer same-week appointments. Our team of cannabis educators and physicians will work with you to determine if medical cannabis can improve your quality of life and exceed your health goals. Is there a fee for this service?
Although there is a flat fee of $15 for same-day pick up and delivery, all cost savings from our reduced supply chain are passed on to you. All appointments are 100% free.
How soon will my order arrive if it's shipped?
For our patients in Calgary, orders that are placed by 1 pm will be sent with same-day shipping. For our patients in Edmonton and Alberta, orders will be sent with next-day shipping. Out-of-province orders will be sent and delivered by Canada Post within 3-5 business days. However, since courier policies vary, we’re unable to provide a specific delivery window.
Do you provide tracking numbers for shipped orders?
Yes. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped.
Are there any limits on the quantity of medical cannabis I can order?
We will carefully review your medical document and fulfill your order based on the dosages and intake instructions provided by your healthcare professional.
